Job Title: Safety & Health Officer

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health approved by NIOSH or its equivalent.
• Preferably a registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH and well-versed in OSHAS 18001 standard, with knowledge of legal and other requirements related to safety and health.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably in the construction of buildings with relevant high-rise buildings experience.

Job Title: Safety & Health Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health approved by DOSH with Yellow
• Book and a competent certificate with MBAM.
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in the construction of buildings with relevant high-rise building experience.

Job Title: Land Surveyor

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Degree/Diploma in Land Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years related working experience in the construction of buildings with relevant high-rise building experience.
• Self-motivated, initiative, independent with good interpersonal skills.
• Capable of handling and operating survey instruments or equipment.
• High level of integrity and meticulousness.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
• Capable of executing tasks independently and providing appropriate guidance to the site staff.

Finance Manager
Job Requirement

• At least a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
• Finance/Professional qualification such as ACCA/ CIMA/its equivalent.
• Registered with MIA / MIA Membership
  Minimum 3 years related working experience at the Managerial Level, in managing all aspects of financial and accounting functions.
• Dynamic, independent, and possess good managerial and analytical skills.
• Preferred in Construction Accounting, familiar with budgeting & analysis.
• Group Accounts experience is an added advantage.

Purchasing Executive
Job Requirement

• Must have a recognized Degree / Diploma or Certificate in Business Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.
• Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred for this role.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in purchasing administration.
• Should be self-motivated proactive and able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have strong negotiation and communication skills.
